How to submit a request
- Open the Scale Better AI contact form.
- Enter the email address you previously used with us.
- Select “Another business challenge.”
- Begin your message with “Data Deletion Request” and tell us whether you want access, correction, or deletion.
- Do not include passwords, government identification numbers, payment information, or other sensitive documents in the initial request.
What happens next
Scale Better AI will acknowledge the request using the contact information you provide. We may ask for reasonable additional information to verify that the request concerns you. We will not request your password.
After verification, we will search systems reasonably likely to contain the relevant information and respond within the period required by applicable law. We will explain if we cannot complete all or part of a request.
Information we may retain
Deletion is not absolute. We may retain limited information when reasonably necessary and permitted by law, including to complete a transaction you requested, maintain security and fraud-prevention records, preserve consent or opt-out records, comply with legal or accounting obligations, establish or defend legal claims, or maintain records that should not be altered at the time of the request.
If information has been aggregated or de-identified so that it is no longer reasonably linked to you, it may not be possible or necessary to delete it as personal information.
Authorized requests
If someone submits a request on another person's behalf, we may ask for evidence of authorization and may also verify the identity of the person whose information is involved, as permitted by applicable law.
